Chinese Traditional Festival |Mid-Autumn Festival Celebration with Chinese Students
On the evening of September 25, 2025, at 7:00 p.m., Jiujiang University organized a vibrant celebration of the Mid-Autumn Festival in the Xiangyuan Building, located next to the Houde Building. The event was attended by both Chinese students and international students from Pakistan, Nigeria, and Cambodia, creating a truly multicultural atmosphere.

The program began with an introduction to the traditions and cultural significance of the Mid-Autumn Festival. Through interactive discussions, students learned more about the meaning of the festival, history of the moon cake, and the values it represents, such as family reunion and harmony. Participants also engaged in friendly conversations, sharing their own views and experiences about the festival, which helped promote cross-cultural understanding and closer bonds among students.
A variety of fun games were organized, in which students enthusiastically took part. The winners of these games were rewarded with small gifts, which added to the joy and excitement of the evening. The festival concluded with everyone being invited to enjoy fresh fruits together, symbolizing unity and sharing.

Rajesh Kanna (王乐), a Senior India Student, was impressed by the Chinese traditional festivals. He said, students not only celebrated an important Chinese festival but also had the opportunity to strengthen friendships, learn from one another, and enjoy moments of joy in a warm and welcoming environment.
