九江学院2026年国际文化节成功举办 搭建全球人才与地方侨企合作新桥梁
江西九江，2026年5月23日——九江学院于今日在该校南区网球馆成功举办2026年国际文化节。本次活动以“心系九江·侨联世界”（Bound to Jiujiang · Bridging the World）为主题，吸引了中外师生及九江市侨联等多家单位代表500余人共同参与。
协同育人：探索双向共赢新路径
本届文化节是九江学院与九江市侨联深化合作的重要成果，旨在探索国际学生招生就业与侨界企业人才储备、培养之间的双向共赢路径，推动校园国际化建设。
上午9时，活动在舞龙与武术表演《龙腾武韵》中拉开帷幕。九江学院副校长雷志强，九江市侨联党组书记郭宇，九江学院前校长甘筱青教授等嘉宾出席开幕式。
多元文化节目轮番上演 侨界情怀温暖全场
开幕式上，中外学生与归侨代表联袂呈现了丰富多彩的文艺节目。中国古典舞《青山远黛》、茶艺与书法结合的《半山听雨》、中外多语言诗朗诵《诗聚庐山》、泰国舞蹈《泰舞风华》、各国传统服装展示《万国华裳》、非洲舞蹈与鼓乐《鼓舞非洲》以及以及中外歌曲联唱《四海同心》等节目轮番上演。其中，印尼归侨金承玫、金承玉等深情演绎的歌曲《哎呀妈妈》，以温婉动人的旋律和浓厚的家国情怀，赢得现场阵阵掌声，成为本次文化节上一道温暖的侨界风景线。
嘉年华体验活动：沉浸式感受多元文化
上午11时起，嘉年华国际文化体验活动正式开启。现场设置了十余个国家的文化展位、美食广场及互动游戏与手工艺体验区。中外师生在品尝美食、参与互动的过程中增进了对彼此文化的了解。
国际学生点赞：文化交流减少误解与偏见
来自巴基斯坦的学生王悦星（MUHAMMAD SAAD YAQOOB）表示，参加文化节是一次了解不同国家文化的绝佳机会，不同文化的和谐交流如同桥梁，有助于减少误解与偏见。印度学生李伟（TAUHID ALI LARI）尤其喜欢茶艺和书法表演，表示回国后将会尝试做九江茶的国际贸易。柬埔寨学生王晓碧（KHEAT SREYPAO）认为，柬埔寨与中国都重视家庭与长辈，但饮食口味和生活方式各具特色。
院方表态：推动开放、包容、共赢的人文交流
九江学院国际教育学院相关负责人表示，学院与侨联的合作将有助于实现国际学生招生就业与侨界企业人才培养、储备的双向共赢，推动校园国际化建设，助力构建开放、包容、共赢的人文交流环境。
本次活动由九江学院国际教育学院主办，濂溪区归侨侨眷联合会、九江市侨联青年委员会、九江市老年归侨侨眷联谊会、九江市侨联文化交流促进会及中银保险协办。

Jiujiang University 2026 International Culture Festival Successfully Held: Building a New Bridge Between Global Talent and Local Overseas Chinese Enterprises
JIUJIANG, China (May 23, 2026) – Jiujiang University successfully hosted its 2026 International Culture Festival today at the university's South Campus Tennis Center. Themed "Bound to Jiujiang · Bridging the World," the event brought together over 500 attendees, including Chinese and international students, faculty, and representatives from the Jiujiang City Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese and other organizations.
Collaborative Education: Exploring a Win-Win Pathway
This year's festival marked a significant outcome of the ongoing collaboration between Jiujiang University and the Jiujiang City Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese. The partnership aims to create a win-win pathway that aligns international student recruitment and employment with talent cultivation and reserve building for overseas Chinese enterprises, while further promoting the internationalization of the campus.
The opening ceremony commenced at 9 a.m. with a dynamic dragon dance and martial arts performance, "Dragon Dance & Martial Arts." Distinguished guests included Lei Zhiqiang, Vice President of Jiujiang University; Guo Yu, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of Jiujiang City Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese; and Professor Gan Xiaojing, former President of Jiujiang University.
A Diverse Lineup of Cultural Performances
At the opening, Chinese and international students together with representatives of returned overseas Chinese presented a rich variety of cultural performances. Highlights included the classical Chinese dance “Distant Blue Mountains,” a tea art and calligraphy fusion performance “Half Mountain in the Rain,” a multilingual poetry recital “Gathering at Lushan,” a Thai dance “Thai Elegance,” a traditional costume showcase “Global Splendor,” an African drum and dance performance “Rhythms of Africa,” and a multilingual song medley “One Heart Across the World.” Among these, the song “Oh Mother!” tenderly performed by Jin Chengmei and Jin Chengyu, returned overseas Chinese from Indonesia, moved the audience with its warm melody and deep sense of home and country, earning warm applause and serving as a touching highlight of the festival.
Carnival Experience: Immersive Cultural Engagement
At 11 a.m., the Carnival International Cultural Experience session opened. More than ten national culture booths, a global food plaza, and interactive games and handicraft areas allowed Chinese and international faculty and students to engage directly, fostering mutual understanding through shared experience.
International Students Applaud: Cultural Exchange Reduces Misunderstanding and Prejudice
Several international students shared their thoughts on the festival: Muhammad Saad Yaqoob, a Pakistani student, shared that participating in the festival was a wonderful opportunity to learn about different cultures, and that harmonious cultural exchange acts as a bridge to reduce misunderstanding and prejudice. Tauhid Ali Lari, an Indian student, particularly enjoyed the tea art and calligraphy performances, expressing his intention to try international trade of Jiujiang tea after returning to his home country. Kheat SreyPao, a Cambodian student, noted that while both Cambodia and China value family and respect for elders, their culinary tastes and lifestyles are distinct.
Faculty Statement: Promoting Open, Inclusive, and Mutually Beneficial People-to-People Exchange
A representative from the Faculty of International Studies of Jiujiang University stated that the collaboration between the university and the Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese will help achieve a win-win situation: facilitating international student recruitment and employment while supporting talent cultivation and reserve building for overseas Chinese enterprises. This partnership will further promote the internationalization of the campus and help build an open, inclusive, and mutually beneficial environment for people-to-people and cultural exchange.
The festival was hosted by the Faculty of International Studies of Jiujiang University. Co-organizers included the Lianxi District Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, the Jiujiang Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese Youth Committee, the Jiujiang Federation of Elderly Returned Overseas Chinese and Their Dependents, the Jiujiang Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese Cultural Exchange Promotion Association, and Bank of China Insurance.
