关于举办2021级预毕业典礼的通知
2021级全体同学：
现将2026年6月12日举行的预毕业典礼相关事宜通知如下：
一、时间：2026年6月12日（周五）下午15:00
二、地点：竞知楼四楼大厅
三、参加人员：2021级全体学生、国际教育学院教职员工及任课教师代表
四、相关要求：
建议参加活动学生穿着白大褂，禁止穿着学士服。本次为预毕业典礼，非正式毕业典礼，穿着学士服者一律不得入场。
因场地座位有限，请同学们勿邀请其他年级学生、校外人员或亲友到场。
四、议程安排
1. 开场
2. 教工代表致辞
3. 学生代表发言
4. 教师代表发言
5. 颁发荣誉纪念证书
6. 合影（地点：竞知楼一楼前）

NOTICE on the Pre-Graduation Ceremony for the 2021 Batch
9 June 2026
To the 2021 Batch,
Please be advised of the following arrangements for the Pre-Graduation Ceremony on 12 June 2026.
1. Date & Time:
12 June 2026 (Friday) at 15:00
2. Venue
4th Floor Hall, Jingzhi Building
3. Participants:
All students of the 2021 batch, staff, and teachers.
4. Requirements
Wearing a white coat is recommended for 2021 batch students, but academic gowns are totally prohibited since it is not a graduation ceremony. Anyone wearing a graduation gown will be denied entry.
Due to limited seating, students are kindly requested not to invite other batch students, guests, or family members.

1. Opening
2. Address by staff representative
3. Speeches by two international student representatives
4. Speech by a teacher representative
5. Presentation of honorary certificates
6. Take group photo in front of the Ground Floor of the Jingzhi Building
All participants are expected to comply with the above arrangements.
