为培养具有国际视野、文明素养与规则意识的高素质人才，特提议以下日常行为规范，全体学生需严格遵守：

课堂学习规范：

塑造专注严谨的学习氛围

1遵守课堂时间与纪律

按时上课，不迟到、不早退、不旷课；上课前自觉将手机调至静音并放入指定手机袋，专注投入课堂学习。（请假一定要有正规假条；迟到15分钟按旷课算，两次迟到算一次旷课；出勤率低过30%取消考试资格；低过60%取消签证）。

2维护教室环境整洁

不携带早餐、零食等进入教室，避免食物残渣污染学习环境；课后主动将个人产生的废纸、饮料瓶等垃圾投入垃圾桶，共同保持教室洁净。节约用电，最后离开者关掉所有电器（电灯、电扇、空调等）。

3规范课堂言行举止

不穿拖鞋、睡衣睡裤等非正式服饰进入教室，保持得体的学生形象；课堂上积极配合教师互动，发言时使用礼貌用语，展现国际教育学子的素养。

宿舍生活规范：

营造安全舒心的居住环境

1保障宿舍安全秩序

不在宿舍内饲养猫、狗等宠物，避免宠物毛发引发卫生问题或安全隐患；严禁使用违禁电器（如电热毯、电磁炉、电煮锅等），防止电路过载引发火灾，共同维护宿舍用电安全。

2养成规律作息习惯

合理安排作息时间，不熬夜、不晚归夜不归宿，避免因个人作息影响室友休息；在不干扰他人的前提下，科学规划学习与休息时间。

3保持宿舍洁净美观

定期整理个人物品，做到书桌、床铺、衣柜整齐有序；室友间分工协作，定期打扫宿舍卫生（如扫地、拖地、清理垃圾），营造适合学习、休息的舒心环境，展现集体生活中的责任意识。

公共行为规范：

展现文明有礼的学子形象

1遵守公共礼仪与安全规则

在教学楼、图书馆、食堂等公共场所，主动遵守秩序，不喧哗、不打闹；见到教师、同学或来访客人时，主动微笑问候，展现跨文化交流中的礼貌素养。

2严禁公共场所吸烟

教学楼、宿舍楼、操场、食堂等所有校园公共场所均禁止吸烟，不仅维护自身与他人的身体健康，更以文明行为彰显国际教育学院学生的良好形象，契合国际社会对健康生活方式的倡导。

3尊重多元文化与他人差异

在与同学（尤其是来自不同国家、地区、不同文化背景的同学）相处时，尊重彼此的生活习惯、思维方式差异，不发表不当言论，通过包容、理解的沟通方式，营造符合国际教育定位的和谐校园氛围。

Classroom Learning Guidelines

Fostering a Focused and Rigorous Learning Environment

1. Observe Class Time and Discipline

Attend class on time; do not arrive late, leave early, or skip class. Before class begins, set your phone to silent mode and place it in the designated phone pouch, and devote yourself fully to learning. (Absence requests must be supported by an official leave note. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will be counted as an absence. Two instances of tardiness equal one absence. An attendance rate below 30% will result in disqualification from examinations; below 60% may lead to visa cancellation.)

2. Maintain a Clean Classroom Environment

Do not bring breakfast, snacks, or similar food into the classroom, as food residue can pollute the learning environment. After class, take the initiative to dispose of any waste you have produced, such as paper and drink bottles, in the trash bins, and work together to keep the classroom clean. Conserve electricity: the last person to leave should turn off all electrical appliances, including lights, fans, and air conditioning.

3. Maintain Proper Classroom Conduct

Do not wear slippers, pajamas, or other informal clothing into the classroom; maintain a respectable student image. In class, actively cooperate with the teacher during interactions, use polite language when speaking, and demonstrate the qualities expected of students in international education.

Dormitory Life Guidelines

Creating a Safe and Comfortable Living Environment

1. Ensure Dormitory Safety and Order

Do not keep pets such as cats or dogs in the dormitory, as pet hair can cause hygiene problems or safety hazards. The use of prohibited electrical appliances, such as electric blankets, induction cookers, and electric hot pots, is strictly forbidden in order to prevent circuit overload and fire hazards, and to jointly maintain dormitory electrical safety.

2. Develop Regular Sleeping and Resting Habits

Arrange your daily schedule sensibly. Do not stay up late, return late, or stay out overnight. Avoid letting your personal routine disturb your roommates' rest. On the premise of not interfering with others, plan your study and rest time scientifically.

3. Keep the Dormitory Clean and Tidy

Regularly organize your personal belongings so that your desk, bed, and wardrobe remain neat and orderly. Roommates should divide tasks and cooperate in cleaning the dormitory regularly, such as sweeping, mopping, and taking out the trash, so as to create a comfortable environment suitable for study and rest and to demonstrate a sense of responsibility in collective living.

Public Behavior Guidelines

Presenting the Image of a Polite and Civilized Student

1. Observe Public Etiquette and Safety Rules

In public places such as teaching buildings, the library, and the cafeteria, take the initiative to follow order and avoid making noise or roughhousing. When meeting teachers, classmates, or visiting guests, greet them proactively with a smile and demonstrate the courtesy expected in cross-cultural communication.

2. Strictly Prohibit Smoking in Public Places

Smoking is prohibited in all public places on campus, including teaching buildings, dormitory buildings, sports fields, and the cafeteria. This not only protects the health of oneself and others, but also reflects the good image of students of the Faculty of International Studies through civilized behavior, in line with the international community's advocacy of a healthy lifestyle.

3. Respect Multiculturalism and Differences Among Others

When interacting with classmates, especially those from different countries, regions, and cultural backgrounds, respect differences in living habits and ways of thinking. Do not make inappropriate remarks. Through inclusive and understanding communication, help create a harmonious campus atmosphere consistent with the orientation of international education.
