Reminders forAdditional Visa & Residence Permit Rules

This document outlines the latest procedures for international students at FIS_JJU regarding visa and residence permit renewals, as provided by the Jiujiang Public Security Bureau.

Key Requirements & Deadlines

Tuition Payment is Mandatory: Your residence permit cannot be renewed if your tuition fees are not fully paid. Unpaid fees will result in your visa expiring, requiring you to leave China.

Apply Early: Submit your visa/residence permit renewal application at least 3 working days before the expiry date.

Act Quickly After Getting Documents: Once you receive the renewal documents from FIS, you must go to the Exit and Entry Administration Department within 48 hours to apply.

Easy two keys:

l Please ensure the "RP/Visa Extension Application Form" is completed and approved (signed).

l The following documents are mandatory:

ü Copies of a valid passport and the latest/newest visa/RP, as well as the page bearing the latest entry port stamp 

ü Medical Report (Report Receipt)
